This is fraudulent and I would like you to explain how those calls were made becase I have not made those calls. All the calls were purported to have been made at at time of the day when all the family is at home, and hence the question of kids possibly making those calls during my absence does not come in here.

I am making a very serious complain to OFCOM but I need to get your response before II make that.
