Phonenumbers4u was set up by Richard Howard at the age of 19 with the prime drive & desire to provide organisations, businesses and entrepreneurs with a reliable and competitive alternative to the extortionate pricing of BT, NTL, Your Communications and the other high pricing providers.

PN4U's policy is to only provide telecommunication solutions that in most cases have proven to improve communications, customer satisfaction & sales for the business / entrepreneur, hence making the purchase of telecoms solutions an investment rather than an expense.

(2) To offer the facilities to design tailor made / bespoke telecoms solutions for clients, as well as offering an extensive range of popular, cost effective "off the shelf" telecoms solutions.

(3) Dedicate each client with their own account manager, so its clear who they have to speak or e-mail to regarding questions, advice or problems with telecoms services.

(4) Clients must ONLY be offered telecoms solutions that will benefit them and their customers as the success of Phonenumbers4u solely depends on the success of our clients.

(5) All clients are to be given the attention and respect that they deserve regardless of how much or little they have spent on our telecommunication services.

(6) To understand that the 9 to 5 business concept is rapidly becoming more and more outdated and therefore for the convenience and peace of mind of customers Phonenumbers4u must be contactable and open for business 24/7 365 days a year.

Phonenumbers4u proudly supports a range of Charity appeals throughout by providing them with the facilities to generate revenue for their appeal by hosting their own competition via 090 Premium Rate numbers or Premium Rate SMS.
