5 Things You Must Know Before Buying Premium Rate Numbers...

(1) If you buy premium rate numbers that will be used for live or recorded adult chat ensure that they are on the 0908 or 0909 prefix as if their on an 0901 - 0905 prefix you may get into trouble! as 0901 numbers to 0905 numbers are for NON-ADULT content. 0906 - 0907 numbers vary.

(2) If its a Live premium rate service its an absolute MUST that you add "calls are recorded" onto your adverts disclaimer, as if you forget you're in danger of having a "breach of human rights" nonsense or similar from your a users solicitor as well as an investigation from ICSTIS.

Also ensure that your operators, when giving advise use phrasing like "I believe that this is your problem and this is how you should be able to solve it..." instead of "this is defiantly the problem and I can guarantee that the way to solve it is to..." common sense really!
