Can your numbers be routed abroad or to a mobile?
Yes – our 0800, 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871 and 070 numbers can be routed to any destination their may be an egress charge to route to these destinations however we can route calls to any destination that you require.
Does Phonenumbers4u offer a Price Beat scheme?
We do not. Phonenumbers4u Ltd does not compete on price and as you may have found some solutions which are simular to ours are cheaper then our rates, however we prefer a close net of clients where a personal relationship can be built. We prefer taking good care of a small group of clients then doing what many others do by attracting as many clients as possible & providing an average/poor service.
I'm Unable to Complete My Purchase, Why?
We do have a LIMIT as to the number of clients we are willing to take on per month. To ensure that quality of service is maintained and our Account Manager's do not become overwhelmed strict new client quotas are in place that once exceeded further set ups will not be accepted until the next month.

You are welcome to book an appointment with a telecoms consult to discuss your organizations requirements and a telecoms consultant can travel to most areas however we do strongly suggest that you reserve an appointment as early as possible primarily down to the rapid expansion and the company the demand often out strips the supply.
Can I book a days Consulation with a Specialist?
If you’re a Phonenumbers4u client then optional personal onsite visits can be included at no additional charge. For non-clients interested in substantially growing their premium rate business and taking full advantage of the experience of a premium rate experts advice and years experience can book a days onsite training at a rate of £300 per day.
Can I port my 08 number out of Phonenumbers4u Ltd?
Yes - after all it is your number!, unlike many other providers who tie you down once you purchase a number from them (as they still own your number!), we permit our customers to port their numbers out of Phonenumbers4u Ltd if they should ever choose to do so.
