Can 0800, 0845, 0870, 0871 numbers be routed to my mobile?

Yes our 0800, 0845, 0870 and 0871 numbers can be routed to mobile phones however due to the additional cost in routing there is a monthly rental and inbound call charge.

I've heard horror stories of "rogue telecoms providers", is Phonenumbers4u one?

Absolutely NOT, it is true though there are so many unofficial & "here today gone tomorrow" telecoms providers out there today that it is hard to distinguish which are legitimate and which are fraudulent and so we have complied a short check list that you can use to minimise the risk of choosing a rogue telecoms provider (if you do choose to go with another telecoms provider).

• Is the provider a UK registered company or a re-seller?
• Do they allow you to port 08 & 09 numbers out of their business?
• Does their website appear in relevant Search Engine searches?
• Are their prices & payouts to good to be true?
• Can they answer simple telecoms questions?

Can I port my 08 number out of Phonenumbers4u?

Yes - after all it is your number!, unlike many other providers who tie you down once you purchase a number from them (as they still own your number!), we permit our customers to port their numbers out of Phonenumbers4u if they should ever choose to do so.

Do prices include VAT?

VAT is not applicable to any of our services.

When & how do I get paid for Premium Rate Traffic?

Due to ICSTIS regulations premium rate payouts cannot be made any earlier than 45 days after the month end, and so you will receive the revenue for traffic generated in January in the first few weeks of March etc. Payments can be made by Paypal, BACS, personal cheque or cash (if collected in person), which ever you prefer.

What would happen if Phonenumbers4u were to cease trading?

This is an extremely unlikely scenario, but for peace of mind and as a precaution we have already made arrangements with another telecoms provider that if Phonenumbers4u were to ever cease trading then they would take over our customers services without disruption or price increases. You wont find to many other telecoms providers who offer this type of insurance!

Is Phonenumbers4u a Registered Company?

At the time of writing no, we are pending incorporation and VAT registration but (currently) officially Phonenumbers4u is considered a UK business rather than a UK company.

Does Phonenumbers4u offer a re-seller scheme?

Yes - we do, resellers receive higher premium rate payouts & subsidised set up charges. They are welcome to offer their own clients services & payouts at their own rates and we can even add their own logo and feel on to our branded services! We also offer affiliate and referral schemes.
